Shipping Policy
Carriers & Speeds
We ship with USPS:

Ground Advantage: Estimated 2 – 5 business days

Priority Mail: Estimated 1 – 3 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, or carrier volume may cause unexpected delays outside of our control.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within up to 48 hours (business days).
If we anticipate a delay, we’ll notify you by email at info@orchardvelour.com.
Orders placed after 12 PM ET may begin processing the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Rates & Eligibility
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level. (If free shipping thresholds apply, they will be displayed at checkout.)
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If you need to make a change, contact info@orchardvelour.com within 1 hour of placing your order—changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
Undeliverable / Return-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we can:

Reship (your account will be invoiced for new postage), or

Refund the product price minus original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
All postage, customs, and handling fees already paid are non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged / Incorrect Items: Contact info@orchardvelour.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box, shipping label, and item(s). We’ll make it right.

Marked Delivered but Not Received: Check with neighbors and wait 24 hours; carriers sometimes scan early. If still missing, file a claim with USPS and then contact us for assistance.

In-Transit Lost: If tracking has not updated for 7+ days, contact us so we can initiate a USPS trace or claim.
Once a package is scanned as “Delivered” by USPS, Orchard Velour is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
Partial Shipments / Preorders
Orders containing preorder or backordered items may ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise specified. We’ll email you if split shipping is advised.
Shipping Regions
At this time, Orchard Velour ships within the United States only (including PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS).
International shipping will be announced once available.
High-Value Orders
We may require a signature on delivery for high-value shipments at our discretion.
